Clam City is easy if you know where Enguarde is, else it might be a little challenging. There is a section where you find lots of sharks, and in the late parts of the level the clams can shoot even 5 rocks or whatever are those white things called.
As for Temple Tempest, the millstones appear again, but this time they chase you until they find a wall. Watch out for them because they are actually pretty fast, so you have to be very quick. There is only one barrel avaiable to unlock the first bonus, so be careful.
